• Guarantee Policy

    Overview

    Thank you for choosing The Social Agent for your Facebook & Instagram lead generation with City Ads. To make sure your efforts are fruitful we have a Guarantee Policy in place. This policy is to protect your investment if there is ever a lead shortage in a particular campaign month. If you ever feel that there is a lead shortage please follow the following Procedure and Terms of the Guarantee stated below.
     
    Agent Client has up to thirty (30) days after any campaign cycle to report a shortage. Once a shortage is reported, the agency will schedule a Lead Audit on the Advertising Account. If the Ad underperformed for that period you will have one (1) month of Advertising Credit on your Advertising Account. You can use that Advertising credit across other products and objectives from The Social Agent for future Advertising.

    Procedure

    1. Within thirty (30) days of the end of any campaign cycle, submit a ticket to support@thesocialagent.com
    2. Agency will run a Lead Audit within (2) business days from the end of your current monthly campaign.
    3. Agency will provide the Lead Audit results to the Client within three (3) business days.
    4. If the ad underperformed the Agent Client will receive an Ad Credit to the Advertising Account.

    Conditions

    • No Refunds. All Advertising costs are non-refundable.
    • All Credits will be applied to future Advertising.
    • No Credits will be issued for campaigns older than thirty (30) days.
    • Any pending cancellation on the account makes the guarantee null and void.
    • All sales are final. You agree that you will not dispute any charges.
    • Agent Client will be provided a lead file after the Lead Audit is performed
    • The Lead Guarantee is only applicable to the City Ads product by The Social Agent
    • A Lead Audit can not be requested before the end of the campaign cycle
    • All other Terms of Service precede this policy.
