Facebook Marketing Guide for Real Estate Agents

Last, but not least, Ads. 

Facebook Ads can be targeted at specific geographic areas, ages, education levels, and even the types of devices used for browsing. They show up on your target's newsfeed where people can then "learn more" about your page directly from your ad. Because Facebook is always releasing new algorithms aimed at making your newsfeed as organic as possible, you almost always need to set aside the time and money it takes to produce high performing ads.
